We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition with all included original tags for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
We like to keep things simple. That’s why we want to make the returns & exchanges for you as easy as possible.

In case you’re returning the item(s) and if you decide on Store Credit over Refund you’ll get an additional 10% added to your credit.

SEND IT BACK
Pack the goods you want to return or exchange with the completed return form. We’ve already prepared you our shipping address on the return form. You can use the same packaging it came in, drop off at post office or send via your preferred international courier.
As we’re a small team, please give us a few days as we take care of your requests. We’ll send you an email when your package arrives at BOOMKATS headquarters for verification and refund processing. Allow us up to 7 days for processing (from the day we receive your package). But we will exchange or refund you as soon as possible.
Non-returnable items are:
- Hydro Attack Body Grip
- Lupit Pole Hand Grip
- Clothing not in resellable condition
- All clothing that was custom made
FAQ on return policy
Yes, of course! Your satisfaction and a great fit mean a lot to us. If you don’t like our product, change your mind or if the item is ill-fitting we will happily refund your order.
We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase, having been notified within 15 days of receiving your item via e-mail.
But please have in mind that we accept returns or exchanges only on unworn and unwashed items with all tags still attached. While we understand you may need to try garments on, please ensure all items are tried on with panties and are not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant. We can’t issue refunds on items that smell like smoke, body odor or that have stains.
Item(s) must be accompanied by the completed return form.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
All items from BOOMKATS can be returned or exchanged, except for 3 products: Hydro Attack Body Grip, Lupit Pole Hand Grip and custom made clothes. Otherwise, all clothes can be returned if they’re in resellable condition.
If by any chance happens that we – BOOMKATS team – make a mistake with your order and you receive the wrong item, you can return it and we’ll refund the shipping costs. If that’s the case, please return the item to us using an Economy service and keep a copy of your receipt (a photo taken with a mobile phone will do). We are unable to refund Express or Premium postage costs.
Otherwise, the cost of returning a non-faulty item is on you and is non-refundable.
Also, have in mind that you’re responsible for your returned items until they arrived at BOOMKATS headquarters. That’s why we advise you to send your return using a tracked service and ask for proof of postage and keep your TRACKING NUMBER, so you’ll have proof of shipment in case your parcel goes missing in the mail!
If the return is international (outside EU), please state the return package as a gift to avoid the same customs costs again.
This rarely happens (we have a very strict quality control policy), but if it does, just return the goods and we’ll send you the items you did order. Just fill out this return form/slip and state the ‘’reason code for return’’.
Plus, we’ll refund you the shipping costs. Be sure to use the Economy service (National Post Service) – we can’t cover the Express or Premium postage costs.
If the exchange costs more than the original order we will send you an invoice to complete the transaction. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
A refund is possible only via bank transfer, or via PayPal if you paid for your order via PayPal. We have 7 business days for the exchange or refund for the goods you send back to us. This 7 business days period starts after we have received the package from you.
We understand that even with the best intentions, our loved ones don’t always get it right! If you are able to provide us with the purchaser’s name and order number, we are happy to issue you store credit once we have received and inspected your returned item. We can also exchange your item.
