DOMESTIC (Slovenia): 3 EUR flat rate

PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Of course, we aim to ship the package to you on the same day we get your order. 

Business hours are Monday-Friday excluding Holidays and Weekends.

Items are safely packed in a gift box and shipped in a padded envelope.

For orders that include pre-order items, all items in that order will be shipped together when the pre-order item(s) is ready to ship.

We ship from Slovenia (EU) via Postal Service. 

To EUROPE (EU): 3 – 7 business days* 

To countries OUTSIDE EU: 5 – 10 business days*

To other CONTINENTS: 10 – 16 business days*

To Slovenia: 1 – 3 business days*

*(depending on the destination and provider)

Please note that orders made in high season may take longer to process and deliver.

 

SHIPPING STATUS

On the day we send you package, we’ll notify you by email and send you a tracking number which enables you to track your order on a Slovenian postal service website http://sledenje.posta.si and on a postal service website of your country. 

Or you can track the shipment on all-in-one global package tracking platform 17track.

If you don’t get the email, please check your spam folder.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

To protect your order, all of BOOMKATS orders require a signature on delivery.

If you’re absent during delivery, a note will be left at your address so that you can pick up the package at your nearest post office. You can also call the telephone number on the received note to ask for free second delivery. The package will be waiting for you at the post office.

If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by your local post office, the items will be returned to BOOMKATS Headquarters.

 

CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

We’re responsible for your lovely new purchase only until it reaches the Post Office. From then on, it is in the hands of the Postal Service. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items or shipment mistakes made by any international Post Services. So please make sure your shipping information is correct before hitting the order button. Sometimes there may be postal delays or your package may be stopped at Customs, please understand that this is also out of our control.

But we can help you track the package if you feel lost. Just send us an e-mail.

Customs or import duties may be charged for orders outside European Union (EU) and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and can’t provide an estimation costs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
